It would be great to see the RCS commands (ci, co,
etc.) included.

I've been using a similar set of native UNIX commands
for Windows bundled together as "rktools," for many
years, which includes approximately the same set of
commands, with the adition of RCS. (Unfortunately
rktools is no longer maintained or available.)
