#77 Cannot find server on linking two servers

When linking two servers with the same o:line if the users have identified(with different nicks but exactly the same o:line) it says:
[12:22:54] [irc.blabla.net]: *** Notice -- Cannot find server 7 (& nick 1 !1FFDZz id some-ip 7 0 +iwx * wKgAbg== :realname)
when you try to do any action with the user from the other server (nick) you get killed:
12:23:02] [irc.proximasoft.eu]: *** Notice -- Received KILL message for nick!id@A97095A0.D630170B.FFCCB185.IP from irc.blabla.net Path: irc!irc.blabla.net (nick(?) <- irc.blabla2.net)
[12:23:02] Server ERROR: :Closing Link: nick[some-ip] irc.blabla.net (Killed (irc.blabla.net (nick(?) <- irc.blabla2.net)))
on reconnecting the admin irc.blabla.net receives this notice

Meanwhile the user nick which is in irc.blabla2.net can do whois on nick2 on irc.blabla.net but the other way (nick2 to whois nick) doesnt work(user not found)

The problem is fixed if the user 'nick' has not identified as oper before the link between the two servers.
For example irc.blabla.net has admin 'nick2' which is authed and irc.blabla2.net has user 'nick' which is a normal. No problems on linking and no problems if 'nick' auths as admin with the same o:line once the link is made. But if 'nick' authes as admin before the link, the bug occurs on linking the two servers.

Additional info:
one of the ircd is unix, the other win64.
- no other problems
- everything is configured as it should be and same modules or network configuration
- both ircd's use latest versions

I think it might have something to do with cloaking..
opers get automatically new vhost on /oper
