UnicodeConverter 2.0 Java & .NET Releases

A Java/Windows/.NET conversion utility. Convert text, RTF, HTML, and Word/Excel documents in Vietnamese legacy encodings -- VNI, VPS, VISCII, TCVN3 (ABC), VIQR/Vietnet -- and Unicode Composite (Decomposed or NFD) to Unicode Precomposed (NFC) format.

Java:
