You can try the QuakeNet patch on http://hg.quakenet.org/snircd which includes fakehost support, they easily can be set with a SH token sent for example from your services.

*push* a bit, there has been a patch for 2.10.12.10, found at http://www.planetcoding-server.net/ircu/fakehosts-2.10.12.10.patch, but for 2.10.12.12, this doesn't work anymore. So an build-in function would be very nice.
