#110 show usermode +r to clients

I do not know if this was ever suggested or considered, but I think it would be useful if usermode
+r was shown to clients (just the mode though, not the account parameter(s) itself?). Most clients
keep state of their usermodes making it a lot easier to test if the client has an account set (got r
in usermodes) or has a hidden host at this time (got r and x in usermodes). Both visually for the
user and for a script to test. While the service tells the client that the login was succesful, the
service is a different one on each network (different nick/user@host, different message format),
difficult to universally handle that in a client or script.
