After 5 months of absence, I start again the development of U-Lyss : the new RC0-7 version arrives at high speed.

With new functionalities:

- DCC-Chat Administration
- Partyline system
- Use of Nini for the configuration part (http://nini.sf.net)
- Stop of any use of the Winsock control (VB6), which posed compatibility problems to many users
- Use of SmartIRC4Net for the IRC core (http://smartirc4net.sf.net)

And more...

This will allow this release to be 100% managed code, without any API call nor use of Com+.
