For older versions, there is a track conversion program (downloadable from this file), but the .track format changed. (Sorry, but I needed to for adding new features). The only thing that needs to be added to an old-format .track file is the last section with the track route / penalty time info. You can either learn about the .track format by yourself, or copy that section from another track (that last option will nog give correct results, but at least you can drive).
There will be another converter in future versions.
