Convert documentation and man pages into a single
source (DocBook?).

This should make it easier to translate and keep
updated. And perhaps we can get it to integrate in the
KDE/Gnome help browsers?

This tends to reduce the quality of the man pages.

A proper man page has a particular kind of style.
It is concise. It may have a few examples, but it is
not a tutorial. It lists the available options in the
traditional notation.
