#197 tuxpaint-config string length

There is a problem with string length in the Scottish Gaelic translation of tuxpaint-config.

• The last tab is hardly visible
• Text on the bottom buttons disappears on the button edges
• Long text in the tabs themselves overlaps with option titles

Proposed solutions: Change font sizes and/or make the window and/or buttons scalable/bigger

Still doing this, but at least now Tux Paint Config. window will be able to be resized, which will help. I'll keep this open, so I can look into ways of addressing the tabs being crammed together like that.

I've felt for a long time that Tux Paint Config. needs an overhaul (either in FLTK or rewritten in something like GTK), and in general we know that the UI layout and text size has been an issue, so will hopefully do a better job at preventing that in any forthcoming overhaul/rewrite.

In the meantime, it's a lot better, and worst case scenario the window can be resized to give more room for some text. If there are specific examples of strings or other UI elements in certain locales that are simply not usable, I'd appreciate them being reported (via SourceForge ticket, or just an email), but in the meantime I'm going to go ahead and close this ticket since it's hopefully solved sufficiently.
