All Users config fails to load in OS X Mountain Lion

I tried creating the All Users cfg file with the Config Util and it failed to create the proper folders. When I manually created the folder in Library/Application Support, the Config app would then write the .cfg file okay; but upon launching TuxPaint the cfg is ignored. I tried this on two different ML (10.8.1) iMacs.
Experiencing the same issues - cannot load full screen on my MacBook Pro with 10.8.5. Tux Paint needs to be run full-screen, hope this can be fixed soon.
Does this issue stll occur for either of you with Tux Paint 0.9.22 beta for Mac OS X? http://tuxpaint.org/download/macosx/
Mark Kim noted that Tux Paint Stamps installer for Mac: "offers 3 ways of installing the stamps (system-wide, user-only, or into the Tux Paint app bundle itself), but the system-wide install fails because the app does not prompt the user for the admin password. I think when the app was originally designed, admin users on the Mac didn't need passwords to do system-wide things so it needs to be rebuilt to prompt the user for password when installing it system-wide. As is with Tux Paint Config, I'm not sure how old of a macOS Tux Paint Stamps installer can run on but the old build on tuxpaint.org runs on the latest macOS so it's probably just as compatible."
@dennitzio and @pc-macintosh - there have been a number of macOS-related updates since then, and we're up to version 0.9.26 now (released June 2021). Can you confirm whether this issue persists? If not, I'd like to close this. Thanks!
Hi, thanx for following up, but to be honest - I have not used Tux Paint for almost a decade. So I hope the bug is fixed, and wish you all the best with Tux Paint in the future :)
FYI, the latest release (0.0.17, from June 2021) includes this change:
I'm hopeful this addresses the problem, so I'm going to go ahead and close this. If it still turns out there are issues, let us know and we can reopen this ticket and continue investigating. Thanks!
