#204 Means of entering a priority to a bug

We've been using tutos for a few months now, and it is a very helpful tool, but we would like to have a means of prioritising each bug so that we can keep track of which ones we should do next. Currently we add a [xx] at the beginning of the Short Description, which would work great, if we could sort by Short description :)

So our request would be for one of the following two options:

1) Sort by Short Description
2) A Priority field, 1-99 sortable so that the project leader can priorities which Bug should be addressed next.
