I added a new file to a project, saved it and then rightlick on project -> commit.
However I do not see that newly added file in the commit screen (i only see modified *.csproj file).
Don't tell me this basic feature is missing…

Hello bd0ppens,
Thank you for downloading my add-on.
Now, when you click on the proj file and click the commit action, the add-on tells TortoiseSVN to commit the selected file.
If you want to commit the new added file, you should click the "Check For Modification" action.
However, don't forget to add the file to the repository (using "Add") if you want to commit it (this is how it is done in TortoiseSVN as well).
If you want to add more features to the add-on, you can do it by downloading the source (http://tusvnaddin.svn.sourceforge.net/viewvc/tusvnaddin/Trunk/Source/) and add the feature.
I will gladly add the feature (after reviewing and approving) to the add-on and reference you as the guy who added
the feature.
I hope I answered your question.
