#559 Create Set of Books download screen

Create Set of Books - Let TurboCASH Help me to create a Set of Books - option the Download screen is automatically launched in Build 980.

The Download screen need to be closed X icon in the title bar before selecting a Set of Books from the Installed Sets of Books or from the repository or elsewhere on the system.

The Online button on the 2nd screen of the Creation wizard could be clicked on to select a Set of Books from the osF site.
