#6 MultiView allows elliptical cylinders

Cylinders may be edited so that they have different
dimensions orthogonal to the axis; i.e. are
elliptical, which is not actually supported by TSIPP.
Currently, the mean of the two dimensions is actually
used as the diameter of the rendered result. There
is a policy in the design of the TSIPPwb of not
giving MultiView components more degrees of freedom
than are actually available - refer to section 1.1.1
of the OSCON paper (1.J).
