#32 Make spot handling not suck

Handling spots in TruBlog is much more complicated than
it should be. This RFE aims to improve it in following way:

a) there needs to be a function to access spot data
without the need to use complex sql. thus a
spot-handling abstraction layer should be implemented.

b) this spot-handling abstraction layer should be used
all across TruBlog - thus all the main code, admin.
code and feed code needs to be updated.

c) spot template could for sure be made much easier to
read and use. this RFE aims to rework it once a) is done.
