I'm not sure if this is a problem or not, the download-queue-size is 2, now 2 are downloading just fine & the other is "in waiting", so I arrange the download using the transmission GUI

    original

    Now.You.See.Me.2013.EXTENDED.RERIP.BDRip.X264-SPARKS.[SPEED.CD] ---downloading
    Once.Upon.a.Time.S04E02.480p.HDTV.x264-mSD---downloading
    Once.Upon.a.Time.S04E03.480p.HDTV.x264-mSD----waiting
    Once.Upon.a.Time.S04E04.480p.HDTV.x264-mSD----waiting
    Once.Upon.a.Time.S04E05.480p.HDTV.x264-mSD----waiting
    .....
    ...
    .... more torrents

    arrange it to this

    Once.Upon.a.Time.S04E03.480p.HDTV.x264-mSD----downloading
    Once.Upon.a.Time.S04E04.480p.HDTV.x264-mSD----downloading
    Once.Upon.a.Time.S04E05.480p.HDTV.x264-mSD----waiting
    Once.Upon.a.Time.S04E02.480p.HDTV.x264-mSD---waiting
    .....
    ...
    Z.Nation.S01E07.INTERNAL.HDTV.XviD-AFG
    .... more torrents
    Now.You.See.Me.2013.EXTENDED.RERIP.BDRip.X264-SPARKS.[SPEED.CD] ---waiting

In the next day, the torrents is sort alphabetically again, I want to start it again to the sort order that I made, to finish the torrent that I wanted to finish

Is this a bug or not? BTW, I'm using the transmission "transmission-daemon-20140919"

    thanks

I think that you are referring to restarting the daemon and in that case:

queue order (which is lost after restart)

This still does not fix the queue order after a restart.

The design of the queuing function does not easily allow for saving of adjusted orders and torrent ids to the resume files. These items are simply not saved at all because of it.
    https://trac.transmissionbt.com/changeset/12607/

Unless the daemon is shutdown and restarted there shouldn't be any problems with the queue order. It is a known limitation and not a functional problem but a bug in the sense that the queue order and torrent ids are not saved on daemon shutdown.

In general to save settings be sure to shutdown transmission softly
    https://sourceforge.net/p/transmissiondaemon/discussion/general/thread/b4eea1a5/#22f6
but this is not a necessity and won't help with the queue orders.
