Latest CVS commit of Toucan now available

The latest CVS commit of Toucan has just been performed. This commit contains another bug fix and an update of the Toucan documentation to reflect the bug fixes performed in the Toucan 1.2.x series. After some additional testing in the Microsoft Windows environment, and barring any resulting bugs that require fixing, a formal release of Toucan 1.2.2 will be made. After this event, work will commence on Toucan 1.3.
