#719 Fix CVS Folder Option

If you create a new module then try to Add Content on a folder tree that has a folder called CVS anywhere in it, the operation understandably fails.

If you delete the offending CVS folders you can't then redo Add Content. it fails with an error because the Entries files have a reference to the folder containing the CVS folder.

e.g.

Add Content on:

/myprog/src/CVS

fails when it tries to add the content of /myprog/src/ but still puts references to /myprog/src/ in the Entries files.

If there was a feature to fix the Entries files would mean you don't have to manually edit the files to remove the reference to /myprog/src/
