Mainly bugfix release to fix some packaging bugs in both Windows and Linux.
Unmentioned new features in the 1.3.14 release also include better handling of
binary values. Fixes include the problem of not needing the MySQL dynamic link
libraries, correctly resolving the application path to access the online
help and fixing the plugin based compile under Linux.
Using the binary releases (Both Windows and Linux) of this release will also
give you UNICODE support for MySQL databases. This is a due to a patched Qt
library which is not available under GPL, but this feature will be available
through TrollTech with the release of Qt 4.0. Oracle has had UNICODE support
for some time now using either the binary or source distributions.
