I get the following error running any demo program (this is from
gears):

I am running Tcl/Tk version 8.3 and am using the beta
release of Togl 6 (the one currently in CVS).

If this is still a bug, please resubmit it. In an ideal world, you would have been contacted sooner and you would have added what graphics driver you were running and on what OS.
