#8 Add "Cut" option to Edit menu

Need a "Cut" edit feature-- that is, when I select a block
of text, the characters in the selection area are copied
to the clipboard, and the selection area is flooded with
spaces. I don't know how much of a conflict this would
be with the bitmap copy mode.
