Splitting this into two seperate subprojects

It just seems to big to tackle all at once so we have split the main project into two smaller projects, the idea being they are easier to manage seperately and that one may lead into the other, im thinking that if we can knock out the audio conversion we can use thatas impetus to drive the video project
