The dcolt package has been updated.

Most issues have been fixed and overall performances have improved. See release notes for details.

Finally a stable version of dcolt has been released.

dcolt (dynamic colt) is a dynamic extension of the matrix package from the high performance colt library. It is fully compatible with the original package.

Implementation changes are bound to happen, but the overall framework and the main features are here.
