#2022 -font option handled wrong on OS X

I set the configuration option -font "size 7" for a created
tk_optionMenu but the font size is not changed. However, the box
reserved for the widget is altered, leaving the text only half-visible.

I have attached a screenshot of this situation in action. Not also how
the widget borders are not coloured with the -highlightbackground as
should be, but are white. The -borderwidth option is set to 0. This is
probably related to an earlier bug I reported.
