#1906 Aqua Tk 8.4.x CVS entry widgets too big

The entry widgets new TclTkAqua 8.4.9.1 installer are too big.
There is a large margin (5 or so) pixels around the text.

This bug did NOT appear in TclTkAqua 8.4.9.0 installer. The 8.4.9.1
installer used the CVS head for 8.4.x, so some bug has crept
into tk aqua since the 8.4.9 release.

(I suspect I got the group wrong; I didn't see any entry for post-8.4.9
CVS and I doubt this is an 8.5 prerelease, but I don't know the how
you're labeling the current trunk).
