#1 Horizontal scrollbars needed

For example, the Options window doesn't fully show it's
values. And if I make the window bigger, it doesn't
stretch to the size.

So when using small window, the options are partially
hidden. Also the main window suffers from this, track
view doesn't show the volume slider fully.

I once tried to do some work with 800x600 screen, and
tkeca didn't even show all the action buttons.

Some layout manager should be used. I don't know if tk
has one, but something like in Qt (QHBox, QHBoxLayout etc.)

I've changed the format of the options window in version
4.0.0. I can't imagine what happens with the volume slider
on your machine. Please send me a picture.
