#23 misalignment in lines and their line numbers

A misalignment appears between line numbers and the
line itself when the inline differences are shown in
bold, or in different font size. The right way would be
to adjust the position of line number to respect the
alignment of the line.

In this example, under Cygwin, I have font size 12,
using Courier New. The lines that contain bold
characters cause the misalignment.

    TK 8.5 changed the way text lines are handled that was incompatible with how TkDiff tried to aligned them. This is fixed as of TkDiff V 4.3
