Edit Template feature removes the javascript portions of
code in the template.
Try editing the header.tpl template (or just open and
save it), you will loose all javascript code embedded in
the template.

    This is because all input fields have the contents of
    <OBJECT>s, <EMBED>s and <SCRIPT>s stripped in
    tiki-setup_base.php before the data even gets to the script
    you are trying to use.

    This means that none of the special tools for website
    designers work as they should, such as edit templates, or
    html pages.

    What is a sensible security precaution for a non-HTML page
    stops tikiwiki working as a tool those given the permissions
    to do HTML design work.
