#355 Gallery2 index.php fails in functions while main.php works

gallery2 functions (like add album, edit photo, etc.)
do not work with the latest tp and gallery2 cvs updates
with index.php copied from clyde/gallery2.

But everything is fine with../clyde/gallery2/ main.php.

The problem seems that on index.php when I want to do
something (like add sub-album) the page is routed to
../clyde/gallery2/ but in main.php the page is routed
to
../clyde/gallery2/main.php?g2_view=core.ItemAdmin&g2_subView=core.ItemAddAlbum&g2_itemId=7&g2_return=.....

I have just realized that it is working fine with action
options that is selectable under the thumbnail.

The problem is with the left side bar kernel->package menu

As I talked with bharat from gallery development team, "add
item" has been removed from dropdown menu under thumbnails.
So we should make package menu work again as it was before.
