New file release scheduled in one week. The next version of tikC with more C constructs implemented.

tikC: first release on 17th Sept '08
"tikC" is a C compiler driver for GNU/Linux.The initial release version will implement limited C language constructs and with time will grow into a full fledged C compiler driver with an IDE.
The first file release for tikC is scheduled on 17th Sept'08 17:00 pm(IST). The initial release version will implement limited C language constructs.
