#276 After Universe update order list is not updated

Steps to reproduce:
1. Set some orders for the object
2. Wait until a new turn starts
3. Update the universe
4. Check the order list of the selected object

Result:
Order list still shows the old orders from before the update, number of turns also doesn't get updated. You have to select another object and then reselect the first object to see the new status.

Expected:
After the universe is updated the orders list of the selected object should be updated.
