#182 Need a MoveTo order

It would be nice to have a "MoveTo" order, which takes a single argument - so you can move to a planet or other object directly. This allows the order to have semantic meaning to clients without having to manually search (or guess) what the object is currently moving towards.

Note this is not the same as Intercept, as Intercept will generally move after Move (or MoveTo) orders.

Alternatively expand the move order so it can take an argument.

I feel that the "Move" order for ships/fleets is cumbersome. Once a ship is selected, if "Move" orders exist it should display the destination name (i.e. star system). There should also be a simpler way of adding orders.
