#6 Could not read from resource

Ubuntu 7.04, Thoggen 0.6.0.
Program loads, detects DVD and lists tracks. Pressed OK.
Have tried various combinations of options from the second window (as well as various DVDs) and when I press OK, the progress window appears with a blank blue screen and I get an error dialog that reads:

"An error occurred: Could not read from resource."

And it writes a 0 byte .ogg file.
