#39 A list of usability/interface suggestions.

* Feature: Copy/duplicate page (or pages.)
* Feature: Select multiple pages on the left, not just one at a time. Easier for drag-and-dropping purposes.
* Feature: Allow only one instance. (This would make The Guide easy to use with something like Launchy; and the error message, preventing two instances of the same file, will not be needed anymore.)

* Suggestion: By default, a new page should appear 'below' the current one, not above it.
* Suggestion: When selecting by double click, don't select an extra space after the word itself. (As in, selecting the word 'happy', ought to select just 'happy', not 'happy ' with an extra whitespace.)
* Suggestion: Different keyboard shortcuts, to reflect the common shortcuts of other outliners/mapping programs. (E.g. 'Enter' creates siblings, while 'Insert' creates child and 'Shift-Insert' creates parent, etc.)
