#946 Structure view using shorttitles

In Texstudio the structure view is done with the title of the section.
However, the fulltitles are used and not the shorttitles. I would
propose to use the [optional] shorttitles which are also for Toc.

The reason why I ask this is that I have some titles starting with
formatting commands, but thess commands are only in the fulltitles. The
structure view built from shorttitles would be much cleaner.
