I suggest to create preview LaTeX option for some portion of a document in the editor itself. It will work as follows: By selecting the desired portion of the LaTeX the user get an option to preview, that is, to see output of this portion in the editor itself. It will speed up the working flow.

This feature does already exist. Have you looked at the context menu for selected text ?
