Hello: I would like an option to have TXS archiving (say, into a zip file) all the source files required to create a document. Ideally, it would include the .tex code, images, fonts --if used with lualatex--, but it would exclude packages that are readily available from the Internet.

This feature would be convenient when you need to collaborate with other author (who refuses to use tools like GitHub) via email.

I realized that having all source in a single folder would help, but sometimes you have many other files in the same folder that do not require to be archived/shared.

For reference, I got the idea from LEd (http://www.latexeditor.org/more_about.html)

Thanks!!

I don't consider this a core feature of an editor.

I suggest that you write a small shell script for that. Essentially it's just a call to a packaging tool specifying the files by wildcards. If you are on Linux, you probably know your tools, on windows you could use the command line interface of 7zip.
