#608 Configurable PDF Highlight duration

I've looked into the code and it says
// duration of highlighting in PDF view (might make configurable?)
and I say: Yes, please.

It helps a lot if you are writing together with someone else and and get distracted because you argue a lot. Having an indefinite highlight (I set mine to 10000000 seconds; quick hack) would make finding the cause of the argument easier :)

BTW. If the color would be configurable, too, this would be nice. The current yellow is just a bit too bright to be what i would call eye-catching.

there were two places where the same highlight color was given as rgb. the patch just adds a const color (same color as before) and uses it in both calls.

Thanks for the patch. I first just applied it, but then changed my mind and made highlight color and duration available in the (advanced) options.
