implemented in rev. 4149: option to auto-hide toolbars of embedded viewer when mouse is not over the viewer (experimental: deactivated by default. Can be activated at Options -> Preview)
please comment if this way is useful of handling toolbar visibility is useful.

On my system (Mac OSX 10.8.5; TXS 2.7.0 QT5) this works as described. Is it possible to have the toolbars only appear when the mouse cursor position is where the expanded toolbar would be? Rather than currently where if the cursor is anywhere on the viewer the toolbars appear.
I have in mind functionality like Windows auto-hide taskbar where the taskbar only appears when the cursor is put at the edge of the screen.
Thanks,
CL
