#289 References Sidepanel

A new sidepanel that displays a short summary of entries in the current bib file associated with the document. Ideally this would show, the author, title, year and on mouse hover the abstract (if relevant tags are included).
A double click of an entry would add a cite at the current cursor point to the reference in question.
