This was working fine on OSX 10.9.2. After I compiled TXS (hg 4409+:1270b5aafc20+) and opened a document, when I would try scrolling in the embedded viewer, it would remain stuck on that page. When I unchecked the auto hide toolbars box it would still remain stuck on that page but would then scroll on restarting TXS with the box unchecked.

Hi Tim. I just compiled hg 4412+:cf66cc2e5d31+. The scrolling does indeed work now, however, the toolbar remains hidden when the mouse hovers over a document in the embedded viewer. The tool bar does flash to appear but then disappears very quickly.

The auto-hide toolbar feature has recently been changed only to show the toolbar if the cursor is in an area which will be covered by the toolbar, i.e. top and bottom part of the subwindow. It's not shown any longer if you hover over the center of the viewer. Please report back if you see any deviating behavior.

Thanks Tim. I saw that this works exactly as you have described.
