The internal pdf viewer forgets some of settings which can be altered via the 'Window' -> 'Show' menu. For example if I hide the toolbar and close the internal pdf viewer, next time I open the internal viewer the toolbar is again visible.

This affects 'Toolbar' and 'Annotations'. The other options in the 'Show' menu work as expected. That is if I show/hide something, the next time I open up the internal view the window is actually restored in exactly the same state as it was closed.

Steps to reproduce:
1) Start texstudio and open a pdf in the internal viewer
2) Change one of the affected settings in the Window/Show menu
3) Close internal pdf viewer
4) Open internal pdf viewer, the setting is reverted to its default setting.

Tested on:
Texstudio version: 2.9.4
Arch Linux x64
