#1208 bbl do not generate properly with 2.8.8

With auxiliary files will clean/clear eg. gz, bbl. Generating new citation is not possible as the bbl was not able to generate properly as before using 2.8.6

bbl files are not generated by texstudio but by the latex/bibtex distribution.

Please provide some more details:

1. Do you explicitly call the bibliography tool or do you use Build -> Build Options -> Check and update bibliography before compiling?
2. Please provide a minimal example exhibiting this effect.
