#5 kernel support for `fancy' steps

The "fancystep" demo shows that in principle,
fancy transition effects like items flying
into place are possible.

There should be some kind of kernel support for
this kind of thing, providing a couple of
configurable standard styles and support for
user-defined styles.

Furthermore, navigation buttons like "next steps"
should be aware of fancy steps and `jump over'
the animation.

It has to be researched whether xform objects
or JavaScript can be used to make the mode of
display more efficient.
