#1085 Todo via Bookmarks / Todolist

Like in Feature Request ID: 2753061 mentioned there should be a possibility to add a notice to a bookmark. Like this bookmarks may be used as a simple todolist. I saw you rejected a todo feature request earlier. At the current state of develpoment, however, this shouldn't be to difficult to add.
Most likely there should be a todo feature beside bookmarks or categories for bookmarks.

Besides thanks a lot for implementing this very good Tex-Editor.
