#39 Underful hboxes as bad boxes

I'm not sure wether underful hboxes should be counted
as bad boxes in the build summary. They're usually
unavoidable, and don't prevent the output to be
typographically correct. In sum, underful and overful
boxes are not the same. That should be discussed by
the TXC users.
