hi folks,

first of all - good work

I suggest for better handling, You should define an option if the latex source should be compiled on the fly or on request

it is very annoying, that each file saving fires the compiler to make a new build

I would rather prefer a button, that compiles the source, cause i know best when my source need to be compiled, especially if i write big books or manuals

think different! the java compiler is very convenient, but for latex it makes no sense to insists on the fly compilation

I can also program this feature, but this needs time then

I think this is already supported through eclipse. Just go to the project menu and make sure there is no check box next to "Build Automatically". Then to build press "Ctrl b" or click on "Build all" in the project menu.

You can also force a rebuild by deleting the final output file and then trying to build again. If you can, go ahead and delete this as a bug.
