#149 Add Latex Diff interface
Latex Diff is a Perl script to determine and mark up significant differences between latex files, creating as an output a new LaTeX document with these differences highlighted in colour.

The collection of scripts also includes a script to approve or not these changes and effect them into a document.
I understand that this might not be trivial to implement in Eclipse, but it would be a very interesting way of visualising and reviewing different documents, in particular, when one is comparing documents from a versioning system.
