#121 \[ … \] should be on its own line

If a paragraph containing an equation in \[\] is wrapped with Esc q, the equation is put on the same line as preceding text. Since these are block-style elements, I’d rather have them on their own line.

So blablabla
\[ equation\]
more text.

Should remain as it is when the line wrap is corrected.
