#374 deleting feedback pages

If you delete a feedback page i a test, where people already participated (why are they not being deactivated anyway?) an error occurs for people who started the test before one deleted the feedback page.

Could be a similar bug, like ID: 2895799 ?

Error occurs only if the test is not published, because if the test is published the test structure is stored for every testrun.
This error occurs for all items, not only for feedback pages.
